Shipping policy

General Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days from the date your order is placed.

Please note: Processing times are separate from shipping and delivery times.

We offer Free Ground Shipping on all U.S. orders of $75 and up.

Priority shipping within the U.S will take 3-5 business days. Ground shipping within the U.S will take 5-7 days. Items made to order (if out of stock) will range from a few days to a few weeks. Items such as our tinctures, glycerites and infusions take up to 6 weeks to curate before being prepared for shipping. Shipping Delays

Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, natural disasters, carrier staffing shortages, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If we are notified of a significant delay, we will update you as soon as possible.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your package is scanned and picked up by the carrier, ownership transfers to the customer, and the carrier becomes responsible for final delivery.

We are unable to replace your order after it has been marked as delivered by our shipping partners. If your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please file a claim with the shipping company.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable address at checkout.

 

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled or modified after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
