Brewing Instructions:
Place 1-2 TBSP into 8oz of hot water Use a tea bag or strainer. Cover and steep for 8-12 minuets for maximum benefits. If you want a stronger brew, add more tea leaves.  The longer you brew, the stronger the taste. The tea leaves are packaged in a standable resealable bag. Store tightly sealed in a dark, cool place for up to 12 months.
